Lingua Bridge Learning collects the information you provide when you register, including your name, email address, phone number, and country. We also store your learning progress, quiz results, placement test scores, and any words you search or save. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment providers (Lemon Squeezy and Stripe); we do not store your full card details.
We use your data to provide and personalize the learning experience, track your progress, issue certificates, send daily practice reminders, and improve our content. Your subscription plan determines which features and languages you can access.
Super Family VIP subscribers receive 4 unique, single-use passcodes. The account holder can manage these passcodes under Profile → Purchases & Subscriptions → Manage → Family Passcodes. When a family member redeems a passcode during registration, we store their email and link them to the account holder. Family members receive full access but do not have billing or passcode management rights.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help operate the app (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, AI language services), and only as necessary to provide the features you use.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at supportlinguabridgelearning@gmail.com. You can also delete your account directly from the Settings page in the app.
Lingua Bridge Learning is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us and we will remove the account.
